Interesting: the Le Pliage now comes as a briefcase. I’m interested to hear what you ladies think about this — on the one hand, it is a sleek look (and one that, I think, has become associated with quality), and it’s very lightweight, just like all of the other Longchamp nylon bags. On the other hand — I’m not sure I want my important papers in a nylon briefcase. Still, I think it’s a terrific option to keep in your bottom drawer at work (or even at the bottom of a larger tote) for those days when you just need to bring home a few papers that won’t fit in your regular bag.
